Womxn’s Circles
Heal yourself,
heal the world.
A womxn's circle is a safe and sacred space to connect deeply with yourself and others. Through grounding meditations, somatic journaling, guided discussions, and meaningful rituals, you’ll uncover the power of sharing your truth without fear of judgment or criticism.
These gatherings are a return to ancient practices that nurtured connection and resilience for thousands of years. By honoring the cycles of nature and the wisdom of your body, you’ll heal old wounds, find strength in your story, and rediscover the magic of community.

FAQs

A Moon Ceremony is a gathering based around the lunar cycles and guided by astrological and seasonal themes. For example, during a New Moon Ceremony, we may set intentions and focus on manifesting our goals, while a Full Moon Ceremony often emphasizes letting go of negative energy and habits that no longer serve us. These ceremonies are designed to align our personal energies with the natural rhythms of the moon.
A Womxn’s Circle is centered more around themes relevant to womxn and may use astrology as one of many tools for reflection. Rather than being tied to a specific moon phase, these circles offer a space for womxn to explore topics that affect our lives—such as self-care, relationships, personal growth, and empowerment.

No, you are not required to share any personal details about yourself. No one is expected to speak if they don't feel comfortable. These spaces are curated for people to talk about anything, and in sharing your truth, you often find deep connection and relief. However, there is never any pressure to share or speak in the circle.
